About the Women's Varsity Match

The Women's Varsity Match is the annual game between the women's rugby clubs of Oxford and Cambridge, first played in 1988, when Cambridge won at Iffley Road in Oxford. Since 2015 it has shared the day and the ground with the men's match — Twickenham, then StoneX Stadium in London since 2024 — and it is one of the biggest amateur women's rugby matches in the world. The History page has every result since the first and the all-time record. Oxford Women are the reigning champions.
